Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires overseeing the progress of application initiatives, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment with project goals, and managing the overall delivery process. The Application Lead plays a crucial role in guiding the team through challenges, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring that the application solutions meet the desired standards and timelines. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with multiple facets of the project lifecycle to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Continuously monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in application design, configuration, and integration related to finance and controlling modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial application modules.
- Familiarity with system testing, validation, and documentation to ensure quality deliverables.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
