What You Will Accomplish
Own full-cycle recruiting for intern and recent college graduate (RCG) roles (intake → sourcing → screening → interview orchestration → offer → pre-onboarding engagement).
Drive campus/event strategy (info sessions, tech talks, conference activations) and employer brand presence tailored to student audiences.
Partner with business leaders and People Business Partners to shape demand, allocations, and hiring plans; align requisition openings and offers with academic timelines (e.g., recruiting starts in September; offers targeted by December).
Source diverse, early-career talent through targeted platforms and partners
Facilitate interview processes that scale (scheduling, interviewer readiness, candidate communications), ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Maintain inclusive practices and diverse slates; collaborate with communities and partners to broaden reach and equity in outcomes.
Track funnel metrics (sourcing mix, interview-to-offer, intern-to-full-time conversion) and share insights to improve speed, quality, and representation.
Engage pre-start new hires (interns and RCGs) with structured touchpoints to sustain offer acceptance and readiness.
Coordinate with Programs on onboarding, cohort experiences, and manager enablement to ensure strong outcomes for new talent.
