Who we are looking for

• Fluent in English or German
• Willingness to learn and take over responsibility
• First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in automotive industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Quality Management, or Process Engineering or similar
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Understanding of process optimization and compliance requirements

Your Responsibilities

• Problem solving in new projects
• Customer portal administration
• PPAP – OEM customer part approval
• Pre-serial quality – documentation and testing
• Reading technical documentation
