Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Check goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices and maintain records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Package and prepare products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Lift heavy items, prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped, and review customer orders, examine stocks, distribute merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines.

You will also support our inventory activities including the cycle count program, kitting, NCR processing, POU transfers, Production Order receiving, and other warehousing operations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Point of use inventory transfers, incoming parts stocking

  • Material transfers\transactions

  • PO Kitting and receiving

  • Pick materials as required and perform associated transactions

  • Perform cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials inventory

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

  • Highly organized individual with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and handle multiple tasks

  • Ability to work as part of a team and with minimal supervision

  • A positive attitude

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Comfortable with Excel and MS Office

  • Able to lift 20 lbs. unassisted

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing

  • Prior experience working within an ERP system

  • Prior inventory or shipping & receiving experience

Salary Range:

$39,000.00-$52,000.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
