Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Regional Analyst 2 Market Representative to join our team in Aurora.

Coordinates information, execution and storage of legal documentation reflecting required dealer and company performance, financial expectations and other legal obligations and actions for an assigned region. Assists in contact with dealership owners and national Dealer Agreement department regarding compliance with required notifications, performance obligations and related signatures. Provides analytical support with maintaining, expanding and enhancing the dealership network.

A Day in the Life:

  • In close coordination with national Legal, Dealer Agreements and Dealer Network Development departments, assists Manager, Regional Market Rep & CE with enforcement of dealer agreement document requirements associated with ownership changes and performance management: buys, sells, ownership and other legal entity changes, facility openings, closings or relocations. 

  • Assists with the gathering of historical and current information to help demonstrate that decisions and choices are consistent and will be defensible in court.

  • Coordinates delivery, receipt and storage of legal documents as directed by the national Dealer Agreement department.  Coordinates creation of required documents with national Dealer Agreements and Legal department. 

  • Tracks timely delivery and execution of legal documents as directed by National Dealer Agreements operations. 

  • May assist AGM with personal delivery and receipt of legal documents if requested. 

  • Assists with maintenance of documents and tracking of region’s NREDI budget. 

  • Assists manager with tracking of site plans provided by external architectural design firm relating to concept development, project/construction timelines, sign installation, point-of-purchase materials and showroom initiatives.

  • Works with national Dealer Agreements and regional management to track agreed upon actions. Assists with collection of required information from dealerships including financial and legal information about the dealership operations.

  • Coordinates distribution of dealerships’ financial performance reports for use by DOMs/FOMs. Assists with informing AGM and DOM/FOM regarding related legal restrictions and protocol associated with dealership contact on matters. May perform other related duties as assigned.

Who We're Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required. 

  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years of analytical experience in various specialties of the automotive industry including: Sales Ops, Dealer Agreements, Marketing, Parts & Service, Sales Reporting, Mkt Rep, Market Analytics, Pricing, Consumer Affairs, Distribution, Customer Satisfaction/Experience, Advertising & Promotions, Warranty, Carflow, Mix Mgmt, Facilities/Merchandising, CMM/ Contests & Incentives, Manufacturing

  • Prior work may be a combination within a dealership, region, headquarters, or manufacturing facility and may be at the Analyst level or similar type of position.

  • Working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to produce non-standard, creative products. Additional knowledge of sales related systems.

  • General understanding of dealer agreements and documentation requirements as well as the basics of market representation and its analysis.

  • Ability to prioritize own schedules and organize workload effectively with general daily supervision.

  • Ability to function effectively and remain productive in an office environment.

  • Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

  • Attentive to others opinions and perspectives.

  • Result driven even in the face of resistance or setbacks.

  • Ability to present ideas and analysis in an effective manner.

  • Passion for the automotive industry with a desire to pursue a Field Sales (DOM/FOM) career path at Nissan. Must be open to future relocation.

Travel:
Less than 25% day and overnight domestic travel.

Salary Range:

$74,578.00 - $113,659.00

Salary Range Estimate: Annual Salary: (Minimum to Maximum of  Salary Range noted here).
