Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead a multi-release SAP ERP implementation encompassing S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Data and Reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management expertise, and proven abilities in program measurement and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the SAP ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Manage multiple releases and ensure successful integration of S/4HANA, SAC, and related data/reporting systems.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams.
Facilitate effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring clarity of program goals, progress, and risks.
Build strong relationships to gain stakeholder buy-in and drive program success.
Program Measurement and Reporting:
Develop and implement KPIs and performance metrics to track program progress and success.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the program lifecycle.
Risk and Issue Management:
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the program’s success.
Resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
Team Coordination:
Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff, external consultants, and vendors.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the program team.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale SAP ERP implementations, including S/4HANA and SAC.
Strong expertise in program measurement, reporting, and performance tracking.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple releases and interdependencies.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk and issue management.
Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in program or project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2).
Experience with program managing various functions – Accounting/ Controllership, Treasury and Tax
Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions and related technologies.
