Salary up to £38,850 per annum

Full time - Permanent Role – 42.5hrs per week

About the Role:

We are now seeking a Site Manager join our team; now in its twelfth year providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

As a Site Manager with MPS your main duties will be working with subcontractors to establish site set up, health & safety checks, quality control and snagging, along with working with project managers to deliver on time, advise on any issues identified with materials, resources, quality, and costs and working with the commercial team to approve variations and make successful completions.

You will be part of a local team supporting high standard Site Management activities for Planned Works Programmes to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and  satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

Role Criteria:

  • SMSTS qualification
  • Site supervisor / management experience
  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving license
  • Scaffolding inspection would be beneficial
