JOB DESCRIPTION:

"Primary Job Function:

Core Job Responsibilities:
1.    Program Leadership
•    Own end-to-end delivery of Pill Plus service programs
•    Drive program expansion, efficiency, and scalability
•    Cascade objectives to Program Managers and ensure last-mile execution
2. Vendor & Field Force Governance
•    Manage multiple vendors (Medibiz, Virhona, etc.) across programs
•    Drive productivity and utilization of 100+ field resources
•    Ensure Program Managers effectively track and manage field performance
3. Compliance & Risk Management
•    Ensure 100% adherence to CSR, compliance, and audit requirements
•    Drive governance through both direct and indirect teams
•    Maintain audit-ready systems and documentation
4. Stakeholder Management
•    Interface with senior stakeholders across functions
•    Enable Program Managers to manage day-to-day coordination
•    Ensure strategic alignment and execution discipline
5. Data, Reporting & Analytics
•    Establish performance dashboards
•    Review Program Manager reports and ensure accuracy
•    Drive actionable insights from program data
6. Strategy & Innovation
•    Build future-ready PSP models
•    Introduce digital and hybrid solutions
•    Scale programs sustainably

Position Accountability / Scope
Limited to Area/Geography of operation

Education & experience:

1.    Preferred from BSc/BPharma background
2.    Graduate/post Graduate from pharma/healthcare background with sound therapy knowledge and performance track record 
3.    Candidate with prior/current experience of 8 to 12 Years of experience in pharma/healthcare management
4.    Experience managing Program Managers + large outsourced teams
5.    Strong exposure to PSP, vendor ecosystems, and compliance frameworks
6.    Strong control over both team and vendor ecosystem
7.    High execution discipline with no compliance gaps
8.    Scalable, efficient patient programs with measurable impact"
