Job Summary Experienced Azure Systems Engineer responsible for developing technical standards and supporting mission-critical Windows Server environments. Provides Tier 2/3 support for server deployment, upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery. Skilled in Azure IaaS/PaaS services, automation with PowerShell and ARM templates, and cross-platform server management. Collaborates across teams to ensure seamless Azure integration, with strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of technical standards for Microsoft Azure system platforms. Provide Tier 2/3 support for mission-critical Windows Server environments including server deployment, migration, upgrades, and patch management. Establish best practices for system administration activities. Design and implement alarm systems related to recovery operations. Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Azure services. Professional & Technical Skills Hands-on experience with Azure services including: Virtual Machines (VMs), VNETs, Blob Storage, Functions, and Networking. Azure IaaS/PaaS Services: Resource Management, Automation, Runbooks, Backup & Restoration. Strong support experience across IaaS and PaaS offerings. WebApps, Azure Functions, SQL Databases, DataBricks, Redis Cache. Experience configuring and automating using: Scripting languages: PowerShell (ARM Templates), Azure DevOps. Solid understanding of Windows/Unix server engineering: Design, create, and maintain infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to present insights in a clear, visually engaging format. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Certification: Microsoft Azure Certification AZ-104 (Azure Administrator). Additional Information Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E or equivalent).
