Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in managed cloud security services to ensure the security of our organization's systems and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, implement security measures, and respond to security incidents. Your role will play a crucial part in maintaining the security posture of our organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks. - Implement security measures to protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. - Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations to determine the root cause. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices. - Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines. - Provide guidance and support to other team members in security-related matters. - Provide day to day operational support for Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and other Endpoint Security Solutions - Support client with Endpoint Security related questions including those related to remediation procedures and technical aspects - Train Level 1 team to manage the Endpoint Security Solutions to perform basic tasks - Should have advanced level skills on Endpoint Security management to help team to manage the Rule optimization and policy Management - Very good Understanding for firewall Logs to investigate any incidents happening in the environment - Should have proficient knowledge on compliance and Regulatory requirement to manage the audit compliance on timely basis for example PCI DSS, HIPPA, SOX etc - Experience and knowledge on one or more Endpoint Security Products like MS Defender, EDR, Email Security(EOP), Abnormal Security, Valimail, Anti Virus/Anti Malware Technologies, - Familiar with ITSM processes, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management etc. - Documentation skills to prepare runbooks, SOPs, Incident response summary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed Cloud Security Services. - Strong understanding of security principles, concepts, and best practices. - Experience with security technologies and tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners. - Knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and network security. - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience and knowledge on one or more Endpoint Security Products like MDO365, MS Defender, MS DLP, EDR, Email Security, Anti Virus/Anti Malware Technologies. Microsoft Purview , Wiz.io MDM platform. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Managed Cloud Security Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru/Mumbai/Gurugram/Pune office. - A 15 year full time education is required. -Ready to work in 24*7 -Flexible to cross skill & Upskill -Comfortable to lead/mentor people -Good communication skills -Good to have certification on IEC 62443
