Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule work orders utilizing defined parameters related to customer request dates, site level load and revenue objectives
Relay scheduled commit dates with other members of Inside Sales Team
Prioritize work orders, enter jobs electronically on engineering screen and forward work orders to engineering for every job transferred to the engineering screen
Set initial WO priorities and update electronic tracking system for production
Enter and issue all sub-contracting work orders for sales department
Maintain a log of all sub-contracting work orders and update and print sub-contracting purchase orders to shipping
Create an end of the month report showing dollar figures broken up by categories of requirements for Management
Maintain internal and corporate on time delivery reports
Inside Sales is responsible for customer communication for customers doing business with Chippewa Falls. As the focal point for the customer, they will interface with the appropriate internal departments at each facility, including but not limited to: Quoting, Front-End Engineering, Production Control, Purchasing, Quality and Accounting, in order to communicate all customer requirements and respond back to the customer in a timely manner.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge: Printed Circuit Board manufacturing knowledge, as well as knowledge the competitive market for PCB’s. Must be knowledgeable in spreadsheet and word processing software, as well as use of the internet.
Skill in: Matching strategies and capabilities with customer demands well as ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram (print reading) or schedule form.
Ability to: Quickly solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to manage conflict situations with internal and external customers in order to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree preferred. High School or GED required.
Minimum 1 year customer service or related work experience. Printed circuit board manufacturing and sales experience preferred.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
