Job Description:

The Life & Health (L&H) Operations Teams comprise of functions across Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Client Service and Case Management for supporting the life insurance business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve clients' enquiries and request via inbound calls or face-to-face in a professional manner

  • Deliver quality client service and handle enquires or complaints through letters, inbound calls and emails with agreed service standard and service turnaround time

  • Liaise with operation teams, sales channel for handling clients' requests

  • Handle complaint from all channels, carry out investigation with the collaboration of other teams and propose solutions

  • Collect clients' feedback and propose recommendations for service improvement

  • Conduct various outbound call with agreed protocols

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

  • Coach junior teammates on daily operation

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in any discipline with IIQE designation

  • At least 4 - 5 years' working experience in client service, preferably within insurance industry

  • Excellent client servicing, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua

  • Competent PC knowledge, includes Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access

  • To be licensed with pass of IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5
