We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automation Tester to join our dynamic Commodities Technology team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and execution of UI automation test suites. You will work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts within established frameworks for UI testing.
• Contribute to test plans and create test cases for functional and end-to-end testing.
• Execute automated tests and perform preliminary analysis of results.
• Report defects and track them through the resolution process.
• Assist with manual testing as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams (QA, Dev and Product Teams).

Skills:

• 8- 13 years of Hands-on experience in QA automation.
• Programming skills in JavaScript/Typescript.
• Experience in any of the UI automation framework such as Selenium, Cypress or Playwright .
• Familiarity with BDD concepts and Cucumber.
• Understanding of the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with any of the CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Tekton, Harness, or Kubernetes).
• Financial markets domain knowledge.
• Experience with JIRA, Zephyr, and Mongo DB.
