Les systèmes de soins de santé sont confrontés à de profondes transformations. Les attentes des payeurs, les comportements des patients et des professionnels de la santé évoluent rapidement, dans un paysage concurrentiel en pleine mutation. L'augmentation et la consolidation des fabricants de dispositifs médicaux, l'accélération de la transformation numérique - renforcée par la crise de la CoVid-19 - exigent un renforcement de l'alignement et de l'internationalisation de certaines de nos activités.
En réponse à ces défis, l'activité Santé à Domicile a décidé :
d'accélérer la transformation numérique et l'homogénéisation des systèmes d'information à travers le programme TechCARE,
de massifier les activités d'approvisionnement et développer les synergies entre les différentes entités mondiales d'Air Liquide Healthcare (santé à domicile et gaz médicaux).
Pour mettre en œuvre cette stratégie, l'entité Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) a été créée. Elle est dédiée à l'hébergement des services opérationnels mondiaux partagés, telles que les équipes Digital & IT et Procurement & MedTech.
Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
Reporting directly to the Strategy, Roadmap, Governance, PMO & Project Management Director and functionally to the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) Director, the main responsibilities include:
1- Governance & Methodology
Respect the Group's D&IT project governance process and ensure the quality of deliverables
Setup, co-prepare and co-animate the operational and steering committees to communicate status and progress to stakeholders and to identify and anticipate risks and issues in order to facilitate resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation to the top management
Monitor project and related KPIs in the Group Project management tool with regular updates
Publish and communicate regular reporting to the stakeholders
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
2- Project Management
Define the structure, scope, and lead efforts around work plans, schedules, cost estimates, resourcing required to deliver the project
Manage internal and external resources including the IT subcontractor contract management and timesheet monitoring
Master plan to identify external dependancies & risks
Direct the project delivery through active sponsorship, leadership and involvement in specific initiatives to ensure they meet time, cost and quality requirements
Monitor and control execution of project though analyse, design, build, test and release phases
Provide direction and support to the project team
Manage the scope change process and issue identification/resolution with all stakeholders.
3- Delivery & Business/subsidiary coordination
Serve as the interface between project teams and the subsidiaries to ensure collaboration and coordination between all stakeholders
Ensure business and subsidiary resources availability and workload during the key phases (functional design, functional data migration, UAT and training)
During the detailed design phase, organize and attend workshops, realize the minutes of meeting and complete the detailed action plan.
Co-define the testing strategy (Unitary tests, UAT, E2E tests)
Participate in defining training strategy, follow training preparation actions and capture feedback following the training sessions
To prepare the go-live(s), capture from central and local project teams a clear measurable business & technical go/no-go criteria, build and animate the cutover and organize dry runs
During the hypercare period, follow the raised issues and ensure the proper reactivity from the project team.

You have a 10 year degree from an engineering or business school, including at least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
Skills required:
Experience in project management skills, methods and techniques (capacity planning, resource management, risk matrix, cost follow-up, etc.)
Ability to manage Agile and Non-Agile projects
Substantial experience in change, issue and risk management
Significant IT project management tool experience
Controlling and budget management
SAP knowledge good to have
English and French fluent
