Our Clinical Sequencing Division (CSD) is committed to enhancing precision medicine and fostering the growth of companion diagnostics (CDx). We are on the lookout for a Strategic Alliances Manager who is well-versed in pharmaceutical companion diagnostic collaborations to help advance our vision.
As an Alliance Manager, you will lead and cultivate strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to encourage the adoption and integration of next-generation sequencing technologies in companion diagnostics. This role requires a profound knowledge of clinical sequencing, in vitro diagnostics (IVD), and the pharmaceutical industry, along with exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include guiding communications, monitoring progress, and making critical decisions to ensure the success of each alliance. You will oversee contractual and business aspects with our partners and coordinate cross-functional team efforts.

The salary range estimated for this position based in Arizona is $93,800.00–$140,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
