Job Description

Job Summary: 

Processing daily service requests, renewal requests, and at times setting up the certificate activities, while adhering to our department policies, workflows & procedures is the core responsibility of this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor Certificate Inbox 

  • Create Activities  

  • Issue daily/standard certificates 

  • Issue renewal certificates 

  • Update endorsements as needed 

  • Document activities in agency management system 

  • Update CSLB website 

  • Upload certificates to various entities portals, when needed  

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Producers to satisfy certificate insurance requirements 

  • Comply with agency standards, policies and procedures

  • Document EPIC using clear, concise wording/notes, such that if another person was to go into an activity, they would easily know what had happened and what needs to happen next, thus providing seamless concierge service to our internal and external clients. 

  • Meet or exceed standard metrics set in place by the department  

Education and/or Experience: 

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma 

  • Valid California Property/Casualty license 

  • Experience issuing certificates for all industry types  

  • Experience issuing construction certificates is a plus 

 

Technology Skills: 

  • PC Computer (including strong typing skills) 

  • EPIC Agency Management System (required) 

  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, including Quick Parts, Excel 

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer/Chrome/Firefox/Edge 

  • CSR24 is a plus

Pay Details:

Hourly: $21 - $28
