As Facilities Compliance Manager, you will have multifunctional responsibilities, including managing facility maintenance deviations, CAPAs, change controls, work risk assessments, quality, and safety investigations, supporting business owner processes, the TPRM process, and holistic performance management.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Compliance Management: Oversee the development and implementation of change control, CAPA, and deviation management processes. Conduct work risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

  • Business Support: Provide guidance to business owners on compliance requirements and processes. Support the TPRM process to manage third-party risks.

  • Incident Investigation: Participate in safety and quality investigations, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective action development.

  • Administrative Support: Ensure efficient handling of administrative and compliance-related tasks within the department.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration or related field such as Business Management.

  • 5+ years of industry- related experience (CAPA management, deviation handling, change controls).  

  • 4+ years of practical work experience in the pharmaceutical or other FDA regulated field involving participation in technical writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Graduate degree or Advanced degree

  • Ability to recognize departmental resourcing problems and identify alternative resource options.

  • Solid organization, problem-solving, decision-making, judgment,

  • leadership, and team-oriented skills are essential to manage multiple projects of variable complexity.

  • Solid interpersonal skills are required in order to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization in various functional areas.

  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Project experience required.

  • Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience in supporting business processes and third-party risk management.
