What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Provide customer availability via executing daily routine logistics operations,
  • Process goods receiving, stock management, order preparation, shipment, transportation and reverse logistics flow,
  • Manage and track stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory for operational needs while avoiding overstocking and providing stock accuracy,
  • Provide full P&L compliance and manage budgets,
  • Track and manage 3PL performance, improve continuously,
  • Ensure compliance with transportation and warehouse Quality & Safety protocols,
  • Quickly execute and optimize the necessary logistics operation processes, A to Z,
  • Cooperate with various stakeholders in the supply chain, from suppliers to end customers,
  • Report, analyze and deliver KPIs, such as stock accuracy, on-time shipment, FEFO accuracy, in-full shipment, discrepancy and waste etc,
  • Demonstrate a strong desire for change.

 

What You’ll Bring?

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics companies and/or logistics departments of service recipient companies,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering),
  • Proficiency in English required,
  • Adaptable to flexible working hours,
  • Leadership – Guiding and motivating others,
  • Conflict resolution – Navigating and resolving disputes,
  • Teamwork – Working well with others towards a common goal,
  • Work ethic – Demonstrating dedication, discipline, and reliability,
  • A track record of achievement. We are looking for talented and hard working team member who have that real ‘get up and go’ spirit,
  • Extreme willingness to learn, relearn, and learn again,
  • Communication skills. A collaborative spirit and a ‘can-do’ attitude. We don’t have a hierarchical or slow-paced process driven culture. Energy and sharp minds are welcome,
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and ERP systems,
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools to track metrics like costs and KPIs,
