Northrop Grumman is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst. The location of this position is at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare month-end and quarterly reports for IPRS and PMRs
  • Review contract modifications for accuracy and update monthly cost report CDRL as mods are received and when new forward pricing rates are submitted
  • Work with billing on monthly invoices to the government and monitor for payment; make inquiries if payments are delayed
  • Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management
  • Preparation and presentation of Estimate at Complete packages
  • Treasury/cash flow forecasting
  • Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government
  • Process subcontractor invoices and identify errors prior to entry into invoicing system; track subcontractor expenditures against exercise plans and purchase orders
  • Issue Work Authorization Forms and provide charging guidance as needed
  • Create networks prior to start of new contracts/option years and as needed for unit-direct funding

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 7 years of business management experience, Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 3 years of business management experience OR Master’s Degree and 1 year of business management experience
  • Candidate must understand, and adherence to, company policies, procedures and internal controls (e.g. Estimates at Completion, NG System Description requirements, etc.)
  • Candidate must be comfortable in collaborating in matrix organizations
  • Contain effective communication skills for interfacing with Control Account Managers
  • MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Current Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with IBM Reporting Analytics
  • Ability to Create and Edit Excel Marcos, Pivots, and Slicers tools
  • Experience with Army contracting reporting requirements

Salary Range: $62,200.00 - $93,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
