Job Responsibilities:

• To perform setup and operates all systems meeting guests, clients and customer’s expectations and requirements.

• To ensure that after completion of each job the place of work is left in clean condition, with particular emphasis on guest areas.

• To inspect regularly the function and safe operation of all equipment under his/her jurisdiction.

• To control closely the consumption of material by tradesmen of his/her section.

• To prepare requisitions for material necessary for the job performed by his subordinates and control the issue and consumption of such material.

• To submit monthly and weekly work schedules.

• To perform other duties outside the normal routine, if so required, within the scope of the department.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years working experience, from a hospitality related industry, properties and building management in similar capacity

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or other related discipline

• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Knowledge in PC skills and MS Office applications
