Work Flexibility: Onsite

1st Shift:  Mon - Fri  5am – 2:00pm, OT based on production needs

What you will do:

  • Meet individual and team area productivity targets. Will perform individual production approximately 90% of the day
  • Allocate resources within area based on business metrics
  • Provide coverage as needed for all processes within the area
  • Point of contact as issues arise. Create work orders and follow up for closure and root cause explanation
  • Lead continuous improvement projects within area
  • Perform leader standard work (LSW) and quality audits within area
  • Present team metrics and expose problems using the MDI process. Provide commitments at Tier 1, with a focus on accuracy.  Escalate issues that require outside assistance to Tier 2
  • Responsible for near miss reporting and actions
  • Project and track productivity accuracy and drive process improvement. Identify critical operations that contribute to productivity numbers
  • Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends

What you need:

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years of relevant manufacturing experience

Preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to drive team to success, time management, multitasking, creative thinking, and problem solving
  • Lean 6 Sigma trained
