Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that enhance business operations and improve efficiency. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications. You will also be responsible for coding, testing, and debugging applications, as well as ensuring their performance, security, and scalability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and customize applications using Salesforce Service Cloud. - Code, test, and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Implement and maintain integrations with other systems and platforms. - Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in application development. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and functionalities. - Experience in designing and implementing custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules. - Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. - Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and techniques. - Experience in data migration and data management in Salesforce. - Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing settings. - Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
