JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic Marketing Leadership
· Define and drive Dyson B2B’s multi-year marketing strategy and annual plans, aligning all channels and initiatives to business and commercial targets.
· Lead the integration of online and offline marketing, ensuring a unified, results-focused approach across the global B2B portfolio.
· Own the B2B marketing calendar—including major industry campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Digital Marketing & Performance
· Oversee all digital channels (website, landing pages, CRM platforms, analytics, and B2B e-commerce interfaces), ensuring best-in-class performance.
· Lead a team to deliver high-impact digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels; optimize for lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
· Drive development and adoption of digital tools (AI-driven lead handling, self-service ordering, B2B applications) to improve touchpoints and conversion rates.
· Champion analytics, experimentation, and continual learning—monitoring campaign KPIs (pipeline growth, lead generation, CPA, etc.), reporting actionable insights, and optimizing budget allocation [3].
Offline and Integrated Campaigns
· Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging both digital and traditional tactics to reach key B2B segments (Hospitality, Education, Workplaces, F&B, etc.).
· Oversee all event marketing—tradeshows, industry conferences, customer experiences, and partner activations—ensuring impactful brand presence and lead generation.
· Direct creation of campaign assets, sales collateral, and thought leadership to support both field marketing and digital initiatives.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
· Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, achievement, and innovation.
· Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Product, Digital, and Regional Marketing teams—ensuring global strategies drive local results and vice versa [3].
Brand, Messaging, and Market Positioning
· Lead B2B messaging and positioning, partnering with Product and Content teams to craft compelling narratives across all touchpoints.
· Ensure Dyson’s technology, vision, and differentiated value are at the heart of every campaign and customer interaction.
· Uphold brand standards across all marketing initiatives and customer-facing outputs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, or a related field with substantial experience leading B2B marketing in an international context.
· Demonstrable track record managing integrated (online/offline) marketing strategies that deliver pipeline growth and strong ROI.
· Experience building and scaling high-impact digital marketing programs, including CRM, search, programmatic, and multi-channel campaigns.
· Direct experience with digital platforms (AI for lead gen, B2B e-commerce solutions) and a strong analytical orientation [3].
· Hands-on expertise executing offline campaigns, event marketing, and experiential brand activities.
· Strong leadership skills, able to collaborate across functions and inspire high performance in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
· Commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity, process, and data-driven decision making.
