Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT
ROLE PURPOSE
The Junior Transaction Processing Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices or payments, and account reconciliations within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process. This includes managing the full cycle from Vendor Invoice Processing and Payment Processing for both external and internal vendors to Period Closing Activities. The role also involves resolving discrepancies, maintaining compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency within the Global Shared Services Centre (GSS).

QUALIFICATIONS
A university degree (ideally related to Economy or Finance & Accounting).
EXPERIENCE
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Access (V-Lookups, Pivots, etc).
SAP system knowledge (nice to have).
Soft skills trainings would be beneficial.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
Good command of the English language, both verbal and in writing (B2).
Strong Finance and Accounting knowledge.
Teamwork and collaborative approach.
Self-motivation and proactiveness.
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
