Being an Agronomist with AG Warehouse:

We’re seeking an experienced Agronomist to join our Team in Maffra. You’ll support a diverse client base of dairy producers, mixed farming enterprises, and pasture-focused operations, delivering solutions for fertiliser programs, pasture renovation, fodder crops, and broadacre cereals.

Gippsland’s strong dairy industry means pasture management and feed optimization will be key parts of your role. You’ll be working closely with existing and new clients to deliver tailored agronomic solutions that drive productivity and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored agronomic advice aligned with clients’ production goals.
• Conduct on-farm assessments and provide recommendations for fertiliser, pasture, and broadacre cropping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Stay current with agronomic trends, technologies, and product developments.
• Help to continue to build and lead the agronomic business and be an integral member of the team.

About You:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in agronomy, preferably in pasture and/or broadacre.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience with on-farm recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
