The Canada Strategy & Transformation team is recruiting for a Strategy Intern to support high-priority transformation and strategic initiatives across Manulife Canada. The team works across Canada’s businesses and functions, partnering with senior leaders to shape Manulife Canada’s long-term strategy and advance key initiatives that support growth, execution, and business performance. Team members gain a unique vantage point into some of the most important strategic decisions in the Canadian market, while also connecting with Manulife’s global network of strategy professionals across businesses and functions.
The Strategy Intern will support research, analysis, and synthesis to help inform the development and execution of strategic projects. Working closely with members of the Canada Strategy & Transformation team, the intern will help generate insights on business performance, market dynamics, industry trends, competitive activity, and strategic opportunities. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that help advance Manulife Canada’s strategic objectives.
