Your mission

As an insurance consultant, you will support forward-looking projects in the insurance industry. Together with our clients, you will develop sustainable solutions for every digital and business challenge. You will take business models and processes into the future and support the introduction of innovative IT solutions.

You will take on responsibility early on – supported by experienced colleagues.

The earliest possible start date for this role is spring 2026.

Who you are

• You have completed a master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, insurance or IT.
• You have at least three years of professional experience, either in strategy/management consulting or in project implementation in the insurance industry.
• You have an affinity for digitalization in combination with insurance.
• You enjoy working on a variety of projects in diverse teams.
• You express yourself clearly and confidently in German and English.
