Our team develops world leading verification solutions used by top tier hardware design and consumer electronics companies. We work closely with our customers and leading academic researchers to rapidly grow our technology, framework, and solutions. We are looking for a Software Engineer II, who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining features at Cadence’s debug tool. 

Job Description: 

• Software development in Java language. 
• Collaborate with developers and product experts to write software requirement specifications. 
• Implement and test code features. 
• Investigate and fix bugs. 
• Optimize code performance for speed and scalability. 

Requirements: 

• Completed bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field. 
• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms. 
• Experience with one or more object-oriented programming languages. 
• 2+ years of experience in software development. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese. 

Nice to have: 

•  Experience in Java development. 
• Knowledge of Verilog and VHDL languages. 
• Knowledge of hardware verification.
