Role: Life Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed & Unlicensed Candidates Encouraged to Apply)

Employment Type: Full-Time with Benefits
Work Arrangement: Field-Based Role

The Career Opportunity

As a Kemper Life Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll build trusted relationships with customers through personal, face-to-face interactions. Agents are assigned a defined territory (called an agency) that includes an established book of business, allowing you to begin earning income immediately while you grow through new sales.

Already Licensed?

If you are already licensed, you’ll transition quickly into the field, receive an existing customer base, and begin earning commissions right away.

New to Insurance?

No license? No problem. For unlicensed agents, your journey begins with paid training. We provide the study tools, education, and professional support needed to help you prepare for and pass your licensing exams. You’ll earn while you learn and once licensed, you’ll be assigned your own book of business.

Our pay-for-performance compensation model means your income grows as your skills and sales grow. With every new policy sold, you increase your monthly earnings, there’s no cap on your potential.
