Position Summary
The APAC Seed Operations Digital Lead/APAC Digital Agronomy Manager is responsible for driving, enabling, and scaling Corteva’s global digital seed operations strategy across the APAC region. This role acts as the regional digital anchor, ensuring alignment between global digital strategy, enterprise IT architecture, and regional seed production execution.
The role partners closely with Global IT, regional IT teams, Seed Operations leaders, Sourcing, and external vendors to implement, govern, and sustain digital tools that improve data quality, operational visibility, decision‑making, and productivity across APAC seed production

Key Responsibilities:
1. Regional Digital Strategy Leadership
- Align and execute Corteva’s global seed operations digital strategy within the APAC region.
- Translate global digital priorities into regionally executable roadmaps that reflect local operational, regulatory, and infrastructure realities.
- Act as the single point of digital leadership for APAC Seed Operations.
2. Global & Regional IT Partnership
- Partner with Global IT teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data standards, security, and integration principles.
- Work with local and regional IT partners to design and deliver region‑specific solutions that comply with global standards.
- Serve as a bridge between Seed Operations and IT, ensuring business needs are clearly articulated and delivered.
3. Digital Tool Implementation & Scaling
- Lead the implementation, adoption, and sustainment of digital tools across APAC seed production operations.
- Ensure consistent rollout, governance, and performance monitoring of tools related to:
- Field data collection
- Digital agronomy
- Remote sensing and analytics
- Operational dashboards and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement based on field feedback and performance metrics.
4. Vendor & Licensing Management
- Partner with Sourcing and Procurement teams to support digital tool selection, licensing, renewals, and vendor management.
- Contribute to business cases, value assessments, and ROI evaluations for digital investments.
- Ensure vendor solutions align with Corteva’s data, security, and architectural requirements.
5. Capability Building & Change Management
- Lead training and capability development for APAC teams on digital tools, data collection, and data interpretation.
- Enable field teams to move from data capture to insight‑driven decision‑making.
- Drive change management by promoting digital adoption, standardization, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions -APAC
- Strong understanding of digital agriculture and field data workflows
- Preferable experience with digital agronomy platforms and field data collection systems
- Ability to engage with enterprise IT architecture, including system integrations and data governance concepts
- Solid grasp of data quality, interpretation, and insight enablement
- Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence without authority within a matrixed organization
- Comfortable working in evolving and ambiguous environments
- Collaborative mindset with a strong coaching and enablement orientation
- Prior exposure to global operating models and enterprise digital transformations.
- Fluency in English
