Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and configuring software solutions tailored to meet specific project requirements. The role includes working on various stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring that software systems are effectively implemented and maintained. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a key part of the day, as is applying a deep understanding of technologies and processes to deliver high-quality software that supports client needs and project goals. Continuous evaluation and enhancement of software components are also integral to the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to maintain project transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
- Ability to develop Lightning Web Components with a focus on performance and user experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform tools and best practices for software development and deployment.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Salesforce environments.
- Understanding of integration techniques between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
