Role Summary
The CC&B Reporting Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and managing reporting solutions within Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B). The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable reporting that supports operational, regulatory, and analytical needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end reporting workstream for CC&B, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of reports.
• Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and build reports using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), BI Publisher, and other relevant CC&B reporting tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all CC&B reports.
• Optimize existing reports and recommend improvements for performance and usability.
• Manage and support report migration across environments (DEV, TEST, PROD).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Functional, DBA, Integration, Data Migration) to align reporting solutions with overall project design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues within CC&B.
• Ensure reporting compliance with regulatory, audit, and security standards.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior reporting team members.
• Prepare documentation including design documents, test cases, user training materials, and support guides.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6–10 years of experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B or C2M, with strong exposure to reporting components.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, BI Publisher, CC&B Data Model, OUAF, and SQL/PL-SQL.
• Strong understanding of CC&B tables, data structures, and business processes (Customer, Billing, Payments, Metering, Usage, Collections, etc.).
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting BI Publisher and SQL queries.
• Ability to work in Agile/Waterfall project environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience with Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA) or ODI-based reporting.
• Exposure to C2M, MDM, or other Oracle Utilities products.
• Knowledge of cloud deployments (OCI) or modern data platforms.
• Leadership or team-handling experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
