Job Summary
This role supports and optimizes marketing technology operations, with a primary focus on Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion platform administration, support, and continuous improvement. The role combines daily platform support, troubleshooting, configuration updates, release testing, deployment support, and root cause analysis with broader responsibilities in marketing process optimization, operational analysis, systems coordination, compliance support, and data-informed action planning. It also includes experience using and developing Agentic AI solutions to improve workflows and operational efficiency. The role works across local marketing teams, IT, and Cybersecurity to ensure stable, effective, and compliant marketing architecture processes while independently managing moderately complex projects and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own daily intake, triage, and resolution of Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion support tickets
  • Troubleshoot user issues and requests, provide timely updates, and ensure closure with clear documentation
  • Produce root cause analyses for recurring or high-impact issues, including problem statement, contributing factors, workaround, and recommended fix
  • Execute approved configuration and administrative updates in Workfront and validate outcomes
  • Support release testing by executing test cases, validating fixes and enhancements, and documenting results
  • Support deployments by coordinating with release owners, verifying post-release health, and managing post-release issues
  • Identify trends in tickets, such as common failure points, training gaps, and configuration gaps, and recommend operational improvements
  • Champion the utilization and optimization of marketing architecture processes to meet local marketer needs
  • Lead testing to ensure new marketing processes and applications deliver expected business value
  • Manage marketing systems requirements with IT and respond to requests from Cybersecurity and IT
  • Support and maintain marketing and sales policies in compliance with local regulations
  • Analyze operational metrics to drive action planning and support project execution against timelines
  • Lead reconciliation of market program spend against planned budget
  • Support adoption of common marketing processes, standards, and language across teams
  • Use data, market inputs, and system insights to identify opportunities and build practical solutions
  • Create and manage Agentic AI bots or AI-enabled workflow solutions to improve support, automation, and operational effectiveness
  • Solve moderately to highly complex problems with sound judgment and a fresh perspective while working independently across multiple priorities

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing Technology, Information Systems, or another related discipline, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically 4–7 years of work experience in marketing operations, platform administration, data analytics, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience
