Physical Distribution Manager
As a Physical Distribution Manager, you are responsible for driving regional logistics excellence for our Personal Health Business Unit by overseeing supply centers, 3PLs, Unhealthy inventory, audits, and outbound delivery coordination.

Your role:
  • Oversees and reports on service provider performance with daily, weekly, and monthly reviews to assess key metrics and identify improvement opportunities under general supervision.
  • Delegates ownership of warehousing operations (inbound receiving, storage, handling, picking/packing), ensuring efficient, end-to-end execution with a strict focus on quality, patient safety, and compliance (quality, regulatory, sustainability, legal, trade).
  • Supports and prioritizes daily inbound and outbound distribution center activities, resolving exceptions (late ASNs, over/under deliveries, overdue PODs, customer complaints) and driving continuous improvement through root-cause analysis.
  • Maintains data integrity across systems by ensuring quality assurance of master and transactional data, conducting daily interface checks between SAP, TMID, LSP systems, and reconciling SAP vs WMS stock balances.
  • Plans and validates long-term transportation capacity and schedules for finished goods, coordinates rework/VAS/promotional activities, performs Sales and Operating Planning reports and contributes to implementing new control systems and improved planning methods in cross-functional working groups.
 You're the right fit if:
  • You have 4+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Supply Chain, Logistics , or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree, preferably with understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent areas.
  • You posses Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Education in Transportation, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
  • You are knowledgeable in SAP or an equivalent ERP system. Microsoft Office Suite knowledgeable, mainly with Excel and Power BI for data handling and visualization.
  • You are a customer-focused professional with critical thinking, strong communication skills, and innovative problem-solving skills. You excel at meeting tight deadlines, resolving escalated issues, and are forward-thinking with strong organizational abilities.
  • Capable of communicating effectively using the English language.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
