GEICO is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead our AI-powered Customer Modeling & Measurement platform — driving how AI models, customer journey data, and attribution systems work together to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention across our insurance products.
This is a principal-level IC role responsible for platform strategy and product execution — turning AI and measurement capabilities into scalable, business-impacting product systems used across Growth and Marketing.
This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days a week at one of the following locations: Seattle, WA; Chevy Chase, MD.
Role Mission
Build and scale a connected AI + Measurement platform that enables:
AI-driven customer and funnel modeling for growth and retention
Faster, more reliable customer journey measurement
Modern attribution and performance insights
What You’ll Own
AI Models for Customer Growth & Retention
Define product strategy for AI-driven capabilities that improve quote, bind, cross-sell, and renewal outcomes
Drive productization of models such as propensity, churn, and next-best-action in partnership with AI and Data Analytics teams
Ensure models are operationalized into usable decision systems across digital and marketing journeys
AI-Enabled Measurement Platform
Evolve GEICO’s tag management and digital measurement capabilities to deliver faster and better insights
Drive AI-assisted approaches to instrumentation quality, event coverage, and funnel visibility
Reduce time from data capture to actionable insight for growth and marketing teams
Marketing Attribution
Lead product direction for attribution and effectiveness measurement
Enable practical multi-touch and experiment-informed attribution approaches
Improve channel and campaign performance visibility for investment decisions
Principal PM Expectations
Own platform vision and multi-quarter roadmap
Connect AI models, measurement, and attribution into a unified product strategy
Drive execution through Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics partners
Focus on business outcomes — not just model or data outputs
Influence senior stakeholders and cross-team priorities
Create reusable platform capabilities, not one-off solutions
What We’re Looking For
Principal-level PM experience with AI/ML or data platforms
Experience shipping model-driven or analytics-driven products
Strong understanding of growth, lifecycle, or marketing measurement concepts
Comfortable working closely with Data Science and Engineering teams
Strategic thinker who is also execution-focused
Strong stakeholder leadership and product judgment
Annual Salary
$146,575.00 - $229,600.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
