We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Service Manager – LATAM to lead our service organization across Latin America and help shape the next generation of customer experience and operational excellence.

Your Mission:

As the Regional Service Manager – LATAM, you will be a key leader connecting Service, Sales, Operations, and Learning & Development to ensure our customers receive outstanding support throughout their journey with QuidelOrtho.

You will inspire and empower a team of service professionals while creating strategies that improve customer satisfaction, increase operational effectiveness, and support the continued growth of our business across the region.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with local Sales leadership to fully integrate Service and Support strategies with regional commercial objectives.

  • Identify, develop, and communicate service initiatives that support customer retention, business growth, and strong collaboration between Sales and Service teams.

  • Lead and develop a team of Service Managers, Service Coordinators, Field Engineers, and Senior Field Engineers by providing coaching, feedback, and direction aligned with performance goals and company standards.

  • Build a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and customer commitment.

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and coach new team members to strengthen regional service capabilities.

  • Coordinate resources to deliver exceptional service execution, including preventive maintenance, equipment modifications, implementations, troubleshooting, and customer training.

  • Work closely with Area Sales Managers to develop strategies that retain customers, identify growth opportunities, and exceed business objectives.

  • Plan and execute regional service initiatives aligned with divisional priorities and QuidelOrtho’s business goals.

  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to create programs that improve productivity, develop future leaders, and encourage knowledge sharing across the organization.

  • Take ownership of additional initiatives that support business success and operational excellence.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Field Service Engineering, Technical Support, or a similar technical leadership role.

  • Experience managing technical teams in a customer-focused environment.

  • Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

  • Strong understanding of service operations, customer experience, and business partnership.
