Job Description:

Position: Treasury Lead – Global Operations & Systems
We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Lead to lead global treasury operations and system administration. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SOX compliance, banking portal access management, and treasury systems—particularly Kyriba. This role ensures operational excellence, system integrity, and regulatory compliance across all treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities
Treasury Systems & Administration

• Administer and optimize Kyriba and other treasury platforms.
• Manage user access, roles, and security protocols across banking portals and treasury systems.
• Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Maintain documentation and controls in line with SOX and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during reviews and assessments.
• Ensure adherence to global regulatory standards.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead a team and partner with IT, Finance, and external banking partners.
• Provide training and support to internal users on treasury systems and processes.
• Drive cross-functional projects to enhance treasury capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in treasury operations and system administration.
• Proven expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in global treasury operations and multi-currency environments.
• Project management and process improvement capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Kyriba).
• Hands-on experience with Kyriba and banking portal access management.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, international organization.
