OEM Sales role in Japan is to develop opportunities and expand the business with the promotion and sell the value of products with Japanese Car OEM.

You must be able to combine your technical and marketing knowledge and competences in order to fulfill the company's sales objectives and goals. You must understand the market trends and requirements prior to develop a strategy that also include eco system. Your role extends to provide a support on program launch at secured opportunity at a customer.

You must enjoy working together with internal product marketing and field application team and provide a support they need to accelerate their activity.

A Car OEM sales will have responsibility for handling activities with global region and will have direct responsibility for key customers. The product line members and account team are based in global.

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategicaly drive opportunity creation to Japanese Car OEMs
  • Effectively gather and organize market trend and Car OEM requirements
  • Well understand customer organization and supplier relation
  • Provide OEMs platform development map and well engagement with BU/BL and account team
  • Ultimately get design wins and maximize presence at customers
  • Develop strong relationships with customer contacts through regular review and on-site visits.

    Required Skill and Experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience with semiconductors sales and/or marketing in Automotiove industory
  • Knowledgeable in automotive electronics
  • Excelent skill of making presentation to audience
  • Experienced Management relation
  • Excellent communicator able to comfortably interract with many levels within an organization
  • Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent
  • Autonomous, curious and self-motivated
  • Native Japanese and fluent in English
