What you will do:

  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences, including virtual and on-site sessions, while coaching and developing others to become effective facilitators.

  • Serve as a thought leader in learning and development, offering insights and expertise to enhance broader talent initiatives and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

  • Support the design, delivery, and maintenance of leadership and professional development programs, ensuring content is relevant and continuously updated.

  • Lead communication efforts for programs, crafting key messages and engaging stakeholders to secure alignment and buy-in for learning initiatives.

  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of learning programs, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and ensure maximum impact.

What you will need:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience facilitating leadership and organizational management courses, workshops, offsites, etc.  Technical training experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrates mastery in utilizing multiple learning modalities, including virtual and on-site instructor-led sessions, social learning, assessments, and eLearning.

  • A level of business acumen to effectively present and help others work through business scenarios to arrive at conclusions and make sound decisions.

  • Proven problem-solving and creative solution development skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with key stakeholders, leaders, and executives in a matrixed environment.

  • Ability to persevere and adapt under pressure, with a positive and professional “customer-focused” attitude.

  • Strong ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and thrive amidst ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to facilitate coaching sessions for multiple levels of the organization.

  • Ability to travel to facilitate in-person training sessions approximately 30-40% of time.
