Director, Cloud Identity and Access Management
Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Director, Cloud IAM is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of cloud-native Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities across all service models-SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS-and cloud providers. This role drives the development of scalable, policy-driven IAM solutions that enable dynamic, just-in-time access to cloud resources, applications, and services. As a key contributor to the enterprise's digital transformation and cloud adoption strategy, the Director ensures IAM capabilities are embedded into cloud-native architectures, DevOps workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
How you will make an impact:
• Define and maintain the cloud IAM product roadmap, aligned to cloud adoption, digital transformation, and enterprise security priorities.
• Enable policy-based, automated **just-in-time** access to cloud resources, integrated with enterprise identity platforms.
• Embed IAM into cloud-native architectures, including federated identity, workload identity, secrets management, and entitlement/access governance.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships, partnering with cloud engineering, cybersecurity, application development, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, frictionless identity services that support agility, compliance, and innovation.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and ensures IAM solutions meet regulatory and policy, and audit requirements, aligned to frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and success metrics to demonstrate measurable business value and security outcomes.
• Develops Technology Plan and Forecast for an enterprise application, enterprise-wide tool, infrastructure, or a center or domain that is equivalent in scope and complexity, and/or manages day-to-day operations for a major portion of a functional area or department.
• Ensures disaster recovery and business continuity plan are implemented, monitored, and updated on a recurring basis.
• Directs multiple work functions/applications or major projects/programs with broad scope and strategic business impact.
• Establishes business objectives and integrates operational plans.
• Negotiates the resolution of intra-organizational issues in the balanced best interests of the business.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 7 years of IT management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
• Ability to manage across geographically diverse associates and vendor partners strongly preferred.
• Experience contributing to enterprise IAM strategy, providing expertise in cloud identity, access governance, and secure service integration is strongly preferred.
