Job Description Summary
The Business Transformation Leader will support initiatives focused on understanding current state business processes, systems, and ways of working; identifying improvement opportunities; and helping design future state solutions to support the transformation of the Wind Services business. This role will partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and project teams to gather requirements, document workflows, support solution design, and help ensure business needs are translated into practical, scalable outcomes across business processes and enabling technologies, including Salesforce Field Service and other related systems.
In addition to core transformation analyst responsibilities, this role includes an additional focus on analyzing business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve processes and reporting in support of future state design and ongoing business performance.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to document current state processes, pain points, business rules, systems interactions, and operational needs.
- Support future state process and solution design aligned to business objectives and transformation goals.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather requirements and build shared understanding across stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain business requirements, process documentation, features, user stories, decision logs, and related project artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for standardization, simplification, and improvement.
- Support testing, implementation, and business readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop insights and recommendations to improve reporting, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
- Support stakeholders in evaluating current performance and identifying areas for enhancement in future state processes.
- Synthesize findings from data analysis and stakeholder input into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
- Help establish an analytical foundation to support continuous improvement after implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or 8-10 Wind Services knowledge and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, transformation, process improvement, operations, systems implementation, or related initiatives.
- Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, and process changes across cross-functional teams on projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions, workshops, or requirements sessions with multiple business and technical partners.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,200.00 and $173,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
