Job description

As Process Integration engineer, you will be working with a cross-function team including R&D/process engineers/reliability engineers, and responsible for starting up, developing and optimizing the processes to deliver qualified and reliable product, and achieve yield improvement, cost reduction as well as resolving manufacturing line issues. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and carrying out process/equipment/material evaluation to implement process changes, participating in yield improvement and cost reduction activities, handling new process baseline qualifications and working with reliability team to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives.

Job scope

Your primary responsibilities will be

• Segment and identify the mechanism impacting NAND product performance/quality and design experiments to optimize the process.

• High volume data analysis on NAND performance, to identify the performance gap and manufacture line issues, and work with respective teams to drive to solutions.

• Collaborate closely with process teams to carry out recipe/equipment/material evaluation, and provide analysis in process/material selection and optimization.

• Contribute to develop forward looking technology for next NAND generation, including device performance assessment, product capability projections, identify innovative design required to meet specification.
