该职位需要负责迪士尼小镇和星愿公园内开展的所有特别活动,包括发起、组织、实施各个活动,以及内、外部协调和沟通。并且需要在活动筹备过程中,实现公司内外商业资源的整合,促成新的商业可能性,并代表迪士尼小镇活动团队协助其他业务部门,如销售团队、企业联盟团队及运营参与方管理团队等发起的业务和产品,达成良好合作,以最大化迪士尼小镇的活动收入。

工作内容:

  • 和相关部门负责人或特别项目的工作人员合作,建立在迪士尼小镇开展活动的相关规则和原则;
  • 和相关业务伙伴及同事合作进行月度计划,并安排相关资源以支持迪士尼小镇的活动;
  • 代表迪士尼小镇运营团队与内外部团队进行协调以开展各项活动;
  • 定期向公司各级提供活动项目更新报告;
  • 与内外部相关部门的合作伙伴(包括其他部门负责人、同事或供应商)保持良好的沟通,确保日常活动顺利运作;
  • 与相关政府部门协调保持良好的沟通,确保必要的申报和报备流程的顺利完成;
  • 与相关政府部门保持密切合作关系,获取支持;
  • 进行其他市场和商业的特别活动和创意的市场调研分析;
  • 定期组织与运营参与方(租户)的会议,了解为支持运营参与方业务而产生的活动需求;
  • 与商业关系经理一起协调和管理运营参与方在迪士尼小镇活动期间的安排,以确保展现良好及一致的品牌形象;
  • 与企业联盟、公共关系、公共事务和市场营销团队合作沟通相关的规定和原则,以管理在其市场营销与活动中申请使用迪士尼品牌和知识产权的运营参与方和其他第三方的需求;
  • 每周跟踪并收集运营参与方的市场营销和活动信息,以确保其遵守事先设立的规定和原则,并与公共事务、公共关系和市场营销团队协调,扩大运营参与方宣传;
  • 为迪士尼小镇运营团队组织活动项目并建立活动管理系统;
  • 管理活动预算。

我们希望您:

  • 本科学历或以上;
  • 7年以上市场营销或活动管理相关工作经验,具备游客服务经验;
  • 良好的人际关系及游客服务技巧;
  • 娴熟的计算机技能(Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
  • 能够独立工作,并做出完善的决策;
  • 能够进行有效沟通,包括使用中英双语进行清晰、精准及富有感染力的的口语和书面沟通;
  • 可能需要进行国内和国际出差;
  • 扎实的项目管理能力;
  • 对在活动管理中需要涉及的市场营销知识有充分认知;

Job Summary:

This primary role requires candidate to lead and execute all the special events in Disneytown and Wishing Star Park, which includes the ideation, development and onsite execution of each event, as well as coordination and communication with LOBs (Lines of Business) and external parties. In the meanwhile, it also requires the candidate to be responsible for resources integration to develop new event business opportunities as well as supporting business or products initiated by other line of business. This role also will partner with Sales, Corporate Alliance and Operating Participants as the Disneytown Events representative, to maximize Disneytown Events revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with relevant LOB leaders or special subject experts to set up rules and principles for events in Disneytown;
  • Work with relevant partners and peers to monthly forecast and plan resources supporting events in Disneytown;
  • Represent Disneytown Operations to coordinate with internal teams and external parties to set up special events;
  • Provide regular updates at multiple levels of the organization;
  • Maintain smooth communication and partner within and across lines of business (other area leaders, peers and vendors) ensure smooth day-to-day event operations;
  • Maintain smooth communication and coordination with government departments, ensure smooth procedures of necessary application and reporting;
  • Maintain close relationship with and get support from government department;
  • Research and analyze in other market and business for event and ideas;
  • Periodically organize meeting with Operating Participants to understand the event needs for supporting of their business;
  • Work with BRM (Business Relations Manager) to coordinate and regulate Operating Participants’ activities during events in Disneytown for a consistent and desired brand presence;
  • Work with Corporate Alliance, Public Relation, Public Affairs and Marketing team to communicate a set of rules and principles for Operating Participants and other third parties who apply to utilize Disney Brand and IP for their marketing or events;
  • Keep monitoring and collecting Operating Participants’ marketing or events information on weekly basis to ensure no infringement to per set rules and regulations and coordinate with Public Affair, Public Relations and Marketing to amplify communications;
  • Organize projects and establish systems for Disneytown Operations;
  • Manage event budget.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above;
  • 7+ years’ working experience in Marketing  or Event industry with customer services experience;
  • Good interpersonal and guest service skills;
  • Efficient computer skill (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
  • Able to work independently and able to make sound decision;
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication in Mandarin and English;
  • Business trips both domestically and internationally may be required;
  • Skilled in project management;
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques for event management;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • A knack for problem-solving.
