You will join our France Marketing team in the position of: 

Customer Marketing Specialist – France

About the Role:

As the Customer Marketing Specialist, you will be the key driver of JBL’s influencer strategy and gaming brand activation (JBL Quantum) in the French market. You will work closely with our PR & Influence agency, media partners, EMEA marketing teams, and our ambassador community to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and visibility.

You will manage campaigns end-to-end, oversee social media executions, support event activations, and ensure that all content and assets align with JBL’s creative and strategic direction. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, project management, communication, and analytical skills.

What You Will Do:

Influence Strategy (France)

Lead the full influencer marketing strategy for the French market.

• Identify needs for influencer activations, campaigns, events, and product launches.

• Develop creative briefs and manage campaign execution with the PR & Influence agency.

• Approve influencer selections, content proposals, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

• Manage and forecast the local influencer budget.

• Support influencer coordination and participation at key FR & EMEA events

Gaming Strategy – JBL Quantum (France)

Social Media Management

  • Oversee and validate all content published on JBL Quantum France’s Twitter/X account
  • Select content for paid amplification and manage local media boosting.
  • Identify key marketing moments (partnerships, campaigns, tournaments, etc.) requiring tailored content.
  • Track social performance (reach, engagement, growth) and provide detailed reporting.

2. JBL Quantum Brand Ambassadors

• Select and validate ambassador profiles and content proposals.

• Monitor ambassador activity, deliverables, and performance metrics.

• Provide monthly reporting and insights.

3. Events & Activations

• Identify relevant gaming events and opportunities to grow JBL Quantum’s visibility.

• Develop briefs for agencies (social media, booth design, influencer mgmt., entertainment, etc.).

• Validate content calendars, booth designs, and schedules.

• Represent the brand on-site and ensure premium execution.

• Lead post-event evaluations and reporting.

4. Media Campaign Management

• Participate in media plan discussions and validation with the EMEA team and media agency (Havas).

• Support campaign planning and coordination with local media partners.

• Validate creative assets for each campaign.

Marketing Stock Management

  • Manage product orders for showroom requests, B2B/B2C events, partners, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate returns of end-of-life products through logistics partner (Arvato).
    Conduct quarterly stock inventory checks.

Translation & Localization Support

·Review and approve translations for all marketing and product-related materials (product sheets, newsletters, emails, banners, etc.).

·Support video localization through translation review and quality checks.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Experience in marketing, influencer management, brand activation, gaming, or social media.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Fluency in French and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple agencies and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in reporting and performance measurement.
• Comfortable navigating social media and gaming ecosystems.
