You’ll design and implement modern, high-quality applications across industries such as banking, insurance, pharma, mobility, retail, and resources — increasingly powered by AI.

Your work may include

• Implementing end-to-end features across UI, APIs, business logic, and data handling, including reusable frontend components (React, Angular) and secure, scalable backend services (Spring Boot, FastAPI).
• Designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL) and developing cloud-native, microservices-based, event-driven solutions.
• Building and optimizing backends and engineering frontends that deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences.
• Integrating and deploying AI/GenAI capabilities, including LLMs, RAG, agents, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines with focus on security, compliance, robust DevOps practices and scalable, maintainable architectures for high-availability systems.

Who you are

• Degree in a tech-related field or equivalent practical experience, with 3+ years in backend or full stack development (e.g., Java, Spring, React, Angular, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI).
• Hands-on experience in AI/GenAI, including Python, LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks and protocols (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, A2A, MCP, …), vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma), and AI service APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI).
• Strong familiarity with cloud, cloud-native, and container technologies (Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Commitment to clean, well-documented, maintainable code and a collaborative, agile, solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (C1) and German or Italian (C1).
