The Strategy and Change Management Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role.  Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflows related to scheduling. Successful candidate is expected to evidence an in-depth understanding of the inter-dependencies of Internal Audit processes and tools/ systems to further progress the continued development of Scheduling tools/ processes/ reporting within the context of IA-wide objectives. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role(s) depending on the situation or project. Contributes consistently and positively by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.



Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience within change management role
  • Required skills include project management, quantitative aptitude, and the ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business issues through concise presentation skills.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills using the likes of excel, Cognos, and Tableau
  • Good interpersonal skills to oversee cross-disciplinary workstreams.
  • Project management and business analysis experience, including drafting business requirements and managing user acceptance testing.
  • Ability to be flexible in approach and nimble in adjusting to evolving requirements/ priorities/ landscape.


Qualifications:
