Job Overview

The Sales Operations role is essential in supporting the sales team by managing data accurately and ensuring efficient pipeline management. This position demands a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

  • Accurately enter, check, and clean sales data to maintain data integrity and consistency.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders (sales team) to obtain status updates on sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and track the progress of sales pipelines, identifying potential bottlenecks or risks.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on pipeline status, analyze pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and enhance existing contacts.
  • Create and execute effective cold email campaigns to target specific audiences.
  • Track and analyze email performance to optimize campaigns.

Job Qualification

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including the sales team and management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is highly advantageous
