You:

You are a highly experienced Regional Marketing Professional with more than 5 years of experience in SaaS technology, preferably the fintech sector, in a Manager role providing leadership and execution on all aspects of the marketing function. 

Your experience includes:

• Owning regional marketing strategy and execution
• Managing new pipeline in partnership with the sales organization
• Running ABM, demand generation, digital, content, and event marketing programs
• Building and engaging company communities (customers, partners, industry associations)
• Media and analyst relations 
• Budgeting and reporting

Your Day to Day:

• Cultivates a culture of openness and collaboration
• Manages regional budgets and reporting
• Leads regional marketing strategy and execution
• Demonstrates best-in-class leadership by acting as a regional ambassador 
• Builds strong, trust-based communities with customers, partners, and industry
• Collaborates closely with sales, product, and partner teams
• Plan and execute regional events, digital programs, and ABM programs
• Creates and nurtures customer and partner advocacy networks
• Ensures consistent brand representation
• Communicates and supports global marketing programs and initiatives in the region
• Proactively surfaces insights and feedback from the field  

You Have & Your Know-how: 

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a comparable field, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years + of experience in SaaS technology, preferably the fintech sector, in the LATAM region
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• A track record of working in a fast-paced start-up environment, meeting and achieving goals, measuring success, and inspiring and supporting teammates
• A history of collaboration and bringing people together to solve problems
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills
