What success looks like in this role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer with 2 – 4 years of experience who is comfortable working on both the front-end and back-end of our software solutions. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with existing technology stacks and enthusiastic about learning and adopting new tools and frameworks as required by the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications across front-end and back-end layers.
• Work with Java-based technologies including Spring, Hibernate, J2EE, and RESTful web services.
• Develop and maintain databases using Oracle Database.
• Build and enhance applications using JavaScript, jQuery, and NodeJS.
• Work with Vert.x for building reactive and event-driven applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing initiatives, enhancements, and maintenance of existing systems.
• Follow best coding practices, documentation standards, and development processes.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong understanding of backend development using Java technologies (Spring, Hibernate, J2EE).
• Experience developing REST APIs and integrating them with front-end applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and NodeJS.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.
• Familiarity with Vert.x is a plus.
• General understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to or experience with biometric systems (highly preferred).
• Experience working with enterprise-grade or large-scale applications.
• Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks.
