Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to make a real impact? We're seeking a motivated IT Cybersecurity Analyst I to join our dynamic team at Arbella! As a Tier 1 analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in fortifying Arbella’s information technology assets with a specific focus on logical access administration.

Position Overview: Step into a role where you'll be at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation. As an IT Cybersecurity Analyst I, you'll dive into a diverse range of responsibilities, including logical access administration, administering security controls, and crafting security policies and guidelines. Your insights and contributions will directly influence Arbella's security posture and propel us forward in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee logical access controls, ensuring appropriate access rights and permissions are granted to users in accordance with security policies and standards.

• Administer and enhance security controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and protect Arbella's digital frontier.

• Stay ahead of the curve by learning and applying the latest Information Security trends and practices.

• Play a key role in incident management and remediation activities. Coordinate with teams to document and address security incidents effectively.

• Partner with IT and business units to identify security gaps and develop actionable recommendations. Monitor emerging threats and collaborate on technology enhancements to bolster our defenses.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.

• Strong understanding of logical access administration principles, practices, and technologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization.

• Exhibit strong organization, execution, and self-starting skills. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your projects.
